KlicForge plans are designed for normal business usage patterns. We apply internal safeguards to keep the platform reliable and fair for everyone.

Overview

KlicForge plans are designed for normal business usage patterns. To ensure platform reliability and fair access for all customers, KlicForge applies internal safeguards to detect unusually high, abusive, automated, runaway, or resource-intensive usage. Most customers will never encounter these safeguards during normal use.

Usage is evaluated based on overall platform consumption rather than message counts alone. Different AI models, knowledge retrieval operations, memory usage, workflow executions, integrations, and tool usage may consume different amounts of platform resources.

If sustained usage significantly exceeds typical usage for the subscribed plan, KlicForge may contact the customer to discuss a more suitable plan, usage adjustment, or enterprise arrangement.

Fair Use Safeguards

KlicForge is a shared, multi-tenant platform. Our safeguards are designed to protect service quality for everyone while staying out of your way during ordinary business use. In practice this means:

  • Normal business usage will not trigger any safeguards.
  • Unusually high, automated, or runaway usage may be temporarily limited to protect platform stability.
  • We do not require you to track or manage usage yourself — KlicForge handles this for you.
  • Sustained high-volume needs are best served by a Business or Enterprise plan.

Abuse & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend your account if we detect abuse, including:

  • Deliberate circumvention of usage controls or resource safeguards
  • Resource exhaustion attacks
  • Unauthorized service reselling
  • Malicious use (spam, scraping, phishing)

For suspected abuse, we typically issue a warning before suspension. Suspended accounts may appeal via [email protected].

High-Volume & Enterprise Needs

If your legitimate use case calls for sustained high-volume usage, large-scale automation, advanced AI workloads, or business-critical deployments, contact our sales team at [email protected]. We can recommend an appropriate plan upgrade or set up a custom enterprise arrangement.

Q: Are there token limits?

KlicForge does not publish exact token budgets. We apply fair-use safeguards instead. Normal business usage will not hit these limits. Very high-volume or automated usage may require a Business or Enterprise plan.

Q: Why does AI usage vary?

Usage depends on many factors including conversation length, AI model selection, knowledge-base retrieval, memory, workflow executions, integrations, and tool usage. Some requests require significantly more platform resources than others. You do not need to track tokens or compute usage yourself — KlicForge automatically manages these factors on your behalf.

Q: What happens if my usage is unusually high?

KlicForge may apply temporary usage safeguards or reach out to discuss your needs. Enterprise and custom plans are available for sustained high-volume usage. We will work with you to find a suitable arrangement.
