Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Klicco Pte. Ltd., operating KlicForge ("we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and dashboard. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve efficiency, and to provide reporting information. Similar technologies include local storage and device tokens.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Required to operate the service and keep you signed in securely. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics. Product analytics that tell us which pages and features are used. Non-essential.
- Attribution. Referral cookies that credit an affiliate when a visitor they referred signs up. Non-essential.
We set no advertising cookies and do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
__Secure-better-auth.session_token | Keeps you signed in to the dashboard. | 3 days, extended while active | Strictly necessary |
__Secure-better-auth.session_data | Short-lived signed copy of your session so each request avoids a database lookup. | 15 minutes | Strictly necessary |
__Secure-better-auth.session_token_multi-* | Keeps other accounts you are signed in to available in the account switcher, up to five. | Same as the sign-in session | Strictly necessary |
__mfa_device | Set only if you choose “Remember this device” after multi-factor authentication, so you are not asked for a code again on that device. Holds an opaque token; the server stores only its hash. | 30 days | Strictly necessary |
ph_*_posthog | PostHog product analytics. Holds a random identifier and session details so repeat visits are not double-counted. Not used to identify you by name unless you sign in. | 12 months | Analytics |
kf_ref | Stores an opaque affiliate referral code so the person who referred you is credited if you sign up. | 60 days | Attribution |
kf_ref_source | Records whether the referral came from a referral link or a query parameter. | 60 days | Attribution |
All of the above are first-party cookies on klicforge.aiand its subdomains. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout and billing, but those are set on Stripe's own domains once you are redirected there — not on ours. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies strictly necessary for bot detection and traffic routing.
Local storage and similar technologies
Alongside cookies we use browser local storage to remember your cookie choice, interface preferences such as list-or-grid view, and unsaved drafts in the dashboard. Our embedded chat widget sets no cookies at all — it keeps a chat session identifier in session storage, which your browser discards when the tab closes. Local storage is cleared with the same browser controls as cookies.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage, delete, and block cookies. Removing or rejecting non-essential cookies may affect site functionality, including referral attribution.
For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the analytics and attribution cookies above are set only after you accept them on the consent banner. Decline and neither is written. Your choice is recorded on klicforge.ai and its subdomains, so it applies to the dashboard as well as this website.
You can change your choice at any time. If you have an account, open Settings → Privacy & Compliance in the dashboard and use Cookie preferences. Otherwise, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit. We also ask again every 12 months.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
